You may use this website for lawful purposes only. We may limit or refuse sales to any person, location or jurisdiction, and may cancel orders where we believe the buyer is an unauthorised dealer, reseller or distributor.

We work to show product images and colours accurately, but the way they appear can differ between screens and devices. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue a product at any time.

At checkout you must complete all required fields with current and accurate information, including a valid phone number, email address, and shipping and billing address. We will send an email confirming receipt of your order together with its details and any delivery costs. It is your responsibility to keep your account and payment details up to date; we are not liable for errors in the information you provide.

Delivery charges and timescales vary with the products ordered, the service selected and the delivery address. We aim to deliver, or make products available for collection, by the estimated date in your order confirmation. If we cannot meet that date we will contact you with a revised estimate.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery where possible. Products will only be left with a third party, such as a building reception or concierge, with your express authority. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address specified in your order.

All content on this website, including the O! Millionaire name, logo, designs, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not extract or reuse the whole or any part of the website without our express written consent.

While we follow high information security standards, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
